We Find the Best Home for You
As
your buyer representative, we are constantly watching the market for
the home that meets your criteria. As those homes become available,
we call you immediately to let you know. The following is a list of
ways we work together to find them.

Open
houses: When visiting an open house, give the host our guest
card or business card and let them know that you are working with a
Realtor. They will request that you sign in upon arrival. It would
be best to sign your name and then our name, so the Realtors can
contact us to get your opinion of the home.

Builders:
Most builders cooperate with Realtors. You typically will not save
money not using a Realtor. However, you do give up being represented
in the transaction. Should you visit a builder's model home, be sure
to give them your guest pass or our business card and tell them you
are working with a Realtor.

Real Estate Glossary
Throat Cut : The notch cut into rafters to allow proper seating on the plate. Cost of Funds Index (COFI): an index used to determine interest rate changes for some adjustable-rate mortgages. Rusticated Stone : Stonework, sometimes roughly finished, distinguished by having the joints deeply sunk. Mitigation: term usually used to refer to various changes or improvements made in a home; for instance, to reduce the average level of radon. Stripped MBS (SMBS): securities created by "stripping" or separating the principal and interest payments from the underlying pool of mortgages into two classes of securities, with each receiving a different proportion of the principal and interest payments.
